Валютный контроль распространяется

Власти намерены распространить нормы валютного контроля на все сделки без исключения. Соответствующие поправки в закон разрабатывает Министерство финансов.В настоящее время регулируются лишь те валютные сделки, которые предусматривают ввоз или вывоз товаров. Существует целый ряд требований при совершении сделки с иностранцем, которые обязывают компании передавать данные об операции в ФТС и ФНС. Сделок, не связанных с ввозом или вывозом товаров значительно меньше, а по подсчетам ЦБ сумма подобных операций за 2015 год составила $10 млрд. Вместе с тем, данные Счетной палаты говорят, что в 2013-2015 годах с помощью фиктивных сделок из России было незаконно выведено 1,2 трлн рублей в виде предоплаты неполученных поставок, и проследить поставлен ли товар из одной европейской страны в другую, у российских таможенников возможности нет, указывают эксперты.
